Pre-flight checklist — exactly what EPSO requires on exam day

Browser: latest Chrome or Edge only. No Safari, no Firefox, no tablets or phones for the real exam.

Single display: disconnect any second monitor. On exam day, extra displays lead to disqualification.

Power: laptop plugged in. A dead battery mid-section is treated as abandoning the test.

Clean desk: no notes, phones, second devices, headphones or smartwatches. Water in a clear glass is allowed.

Room: alone, quiet, well lit. Camera and microphone stay on for proctoring during the real exam.

ID document: passport or national ID ready to show the camera at check-in.

Fullscreen: the test runs fullscreen. Leaving fullscreen on the real exam can void your session — we simulate this with a warning.
